You're so pretty, Mom!

Nothing better to my self-esteem than having Anna come in the room and say this to me just now. Maybe it's because it's Sunday and I actually did my hair and make-up for church today instead of opting for the pony-tail. I love my 3-year-old. She knows how to make my day!

I LOVE it when my girls do that! It just makes me feel so good!

Course, the other day I was playing around with Maddie and I asked her "Is Mommy pretty?" and she paused, looked at me and said "Yes but you aren't wearing any make-up today!" LOL Which I wasn't cuz it was when we were all sick last week. Gotta love the honesty kids have!

You've always been pretty, even as a freshman. (Or maybe I've just always been jealous cause you have the nice thick dark curly hair and amazingly contagious smile.)

So great! The other day Jordyn said, "Look Mom. Cute!" and I said, "What is cute?" and she said, "You." It really makes your day doesn't it!
