I had my bi-weekly doctor checkup yesterday. I did a double take when I walked into the waiting room and found the power off again! It took me a minute of processing to realize that no, they haven't really been without power for almost a whole month after the hurricane. It was just good timing on my part to walk in during the 10-minute power outage while workers were probably working on the lines. I got a good laugh out of that one, though!
In baby news, I had another ultrasound yesterday to check this little guy's presentation. I'm only 32 and a half weeks right now, but the doctor wants to monitor his position closely because when I was pregnant with Anna she turned breech near the end which was the main reason for my c-section. I wasn't complaining at all at the chance to get a peek at my little boy again! All in all, everything is good, and I'm still having no signs of the complications I had with Anna yet. That really makes me happy because it was around this week of pregnancy last time that I was bed-ridden because of high blood pressure.
So with a clean bill of health, Dan, Anna, and I are heading to Austin next week for Dan's business conference/training thing. I did not want to be left at home alone for a week with Anna. And Dan's company is providing the hotel suite, so why not tag along? Should be a fun little trip!

I'm glad things are going so well for your pregnancy! That's so funny that the power was off again when you went to the doctor! What are the odds?? :) I hope you have a fabulous trip with Dan. I tagged along on quite a few business trips with Bryan when Rebekah was little like Anna. Lots of fun.
